Hi everyone, My name is Nicol Heard I am your Biz Bestie from Torquay, Australia. My Business Courageous You is about creating a connection with you a fierce businesswoman. I am a Biz Bestie® for women who love their business — helping women to develop a sustainable business in the online environment, I teach you to show up and be consistent by aligning your purpose with a strategy of visibility, impact and awareness.
I get to assist my clients in growing their business authority, supporting them, holding them accountable and give them feedback like all good friend’s do. As a result, I love being Biz Bestie ®.
My business allows me to live as a courageous soul, and I am someone who loves being my own boss — enjoying the highs, lows and excitement that come with being self-employed.
Having four business’s after leaving the corporate world, I am very familiar with everything involved in being a success in how to combine strategies and cut loose what isn’t serving me. I offer you the support, for your business and personal life for you to continue on your journey. We will create together the mindset of worthiness, confidence, self-forgiveness and wholehearted living.

In June 2017, I finished my Diploma, including positive psychology, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBC (Cognitive Behavioural Coaching), Solution-Focused Coaching, Narrative Coaching, Meta health and CBT. Accredited Behavioural, Motivators and Emotional IQ profiling certified practitioner and facilitator. Conversational Intelligence accredited coach and Social Media Marketing Diploma, Marketing and PR Small Business Diploma and Make Marketing videos Diploma.
